Delivery & Returns
Moochie Moo ships goods throughout Australia and also to*most* international countries. Freight charges vary depending on the items and the locations for delivery. See below for more information.
$10 freight is added automatically at the checkout. This charge covers the freight of most items to most parts of Australia.
If your order is only small (eg wristbands), you may only be charged between $5 - $10 for freight, but this will be adjusted manually depending on the size of the order.
If your freight will be more than the $10 added at the checkout, (eg for larger items such as furniture and rugs), we will contact you to confirm the price before finalising your order. We will not add extra freight on your credit card without your approval.
P&H prices on overseas orders on request. Should you wish to enquire futher about our shipping rates for overseas or express post delivery, please do so by contacting us via email.
Your products should arrive within 2-10 working days and will be shipped by Registered Australia Post or by one of our couriers. No delivery will be made on a public holiday.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received.
Expected delivery time is as follows:
* Qld: 2-5 working days
* Vic / NSW: 3-5 working days
* SA / Tas: 5-6 working days
* WA / NT: 5-7 working days
* International: 3-10 working days
Out of Stock Items
In the event that you order an item that is currently out of stock and will take longer than approximately 10 working days to reach you, we will contact you BEFORE processing your payment, to give you the option to cancel or change your order.
Returns will not be accepted without prior consent from Moochie Moo. Returns will be accepted if the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect on our behalf.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods and we will arrange for exchange or for a credit note to be issued. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct as we are unable to change this once an order has been dispatched.
